On-Line Bill Pay!
Sunko Water Supply is excited to offer on-line bill pay to our customers. You will be able to create an account to login to obtain billing information and make payments, set automatic payments, and sign up for paperless billing. You can check your account balance and/or pay your bill 24 hours a day - 7 days a week. We proudly accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Debit Cards in the office, online and via our local IVR number (830-244-2001). Click on the Green bar to the right or at the bottom of this page to get started!
You can call to get your bill amount or make payment at 830-244-2001 and make a secure payment via the telephone. You will need your account number to access this information.
Refunds: All refunds will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of the transaction.
Auto Pay via new Web Portal
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. There is a $3.50 convenience fee added to your bill amount that will go directly to the processor for making a payment with a credit or debit card. There is a $2.00 convenience fee for making your payment with eCheck, also paid directly to the processor. Your account balance must be paid off prior to signing up for the Automatic Payment option. Once credit card or checking information is entered to pay a current bill, you can elect to pay your future water bills automatically. There will be three options on the payment screen. You will have the option not to store your credit card or checking information in the site's secure vault, to store the credit card or checking information in the secure online vault for future payments, or store your payment information and set up a monthly recurring bill payment (Auto Payment). With the monthly recurring payment selection, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit card or eCheck and credited to your utility account at 7 am on the 15th of each month. You can access the information and set up your account by clicking the green 'Pay Your Bill Now" button located above or at the bottom of this page.
If you are paying online for multiple accounts, please choose the 'Quick Pay' option. This will allow you to pay for multiple account balances with only one transaction fee.
Payment by Phone at 830-244-2001
You may pay your bill over the telephone using your Visa, Mastercard, Discover credit card or eCheck from your checking account. Please make sure to have your account number, and credit card/checking information handy when you call. There is be at $3.50 convenience fee that will be added to your bill amount if you use a credit or debit card to make the payment. There is a $2.00 convenience fee applied if you choose to use the eCheck option, also paid to the processor to use this service.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, money orders, or credit/debit cards. You may also deposit your payment into the drop box located at the fence in front of the Sunko WSC office. When paying with cash, please have the exact amount as we do not have change for bills larger than a $20.00.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill and mail Sunko WSC a check. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days for the check to reach our office. Please allow enough processing/mailing time so that it arrives at the Sunko WSC office before the 15th of the month to avoid the late fee. Please consult with your bank for more information.
You will never have to worry about mailing delays or your bill getting lost in the mail if you sign up for our paperless billing option. Enroll your cell phone number to receive a text or your email to receive a message that your new bill is ready to view. There is no charge for this service.
